Kadergas fled Elvkin lands when he was but a child, seeking the idealist goal of ending the ages long conflict between Humans and Kin. He placed all his hopes for accomplishing that task in the Godless, Luna Fray, and served as her mentor for years before his death. The Rift Walkers brought his soul back to the waking world and reunited him with his protégé, though they could never guess at what they'd truly done.
